FAQ - New Season

Question: After performing New Season why are my Fee Assessments still there from last season?

Answer: Fee Assessments are only removed when the amount due is equal to the amount paid.

If you are not running Clublink Advanced Software (not making payments on member accounts), you can delete fees via Clublink Utilities.

To delete all financial transactions for your entire Clublink system:

  1. Close Clublink
  2. Open Clublink Utilities
  3. Backup your data
  4. Select Delete Data
  5. Select Financial Information
  6. Press OK

Note : Only current season membership fees are exported when exporting data to your Central Office.
